weekend break

this weekend i was lucky to be taken to the Slieve Donard Hotel in Newcastle, Co.Down...a spa break...what more could i ask for...

beautiful hotel in beautiful scenic surrondings...stunning..

great views, walks and beach...

and with the weather being so dry...it made it even better...

great inspiration..

some people arrived in a different type of transport....not me unfortuneatly...

today i had a sneak preview of some new furniture that is being specially for finishing touches too...and i was overwhelmed...love it...i have been listening to what you have been asking for...

to my house...where it can be painted to suit whatever colour scheme...

and think this might come in useful..and as you all know im addicted to upcycling furniture, so these gorgeous knobs just add to any little old white piece of painted furnitureto help with the new years resolution..start baking more..and just to make the washing chores a little bit brighter..love these..a bit too small for travelling but they would look real cute in my kitchen...as we are moving closer to spring...its giving us a new, fresh lease of life again and lots of new ideas... and the red polka dot is still proving to be a big favourite.. and i love the cabin bag...getting ready for my travels coming soon..
